The students from a Survival group went to ‘Outback’ to practice the Simple Past. They went on a real journey from present to past. They played a board game about the past tense, practiced vocabulary about food and talked about life experiences, routine, likes, dislikes, opinions, and everything else they were able to. Everybody ate, drank, laughed, told jokes, and the most important: English was spoken all the time. The students were very participative and had lots of fun. They all went home eager for the next one. Way to go, guys!
