These students had their first Field Class at the Ibis Morumbi Hotel. They had to book a room at the front desk , using information such as credit card number, name of the people who would be sharing the room with them, kind of bed, etc. After they finished the reservation, they asked the front desk for services like hangers, iron, wake up service, breakfast schedule, bar service, taxi service and neighborhood information. To wrap up, the receptionist had a talk with them about the required skills of a person who works with hotel and bar services.
